Jedna z nejznámějších televizních stanic na světě - MTV (Music Television) - oznámila nominace a moderátora již 22. udílení výročních cen MTV Video Music Awards (VMA). Nejstarší hudební ceny MTV zaměřené především na americkou hudební scénu budou předány v neděli 28. srpna v Miami na Floridě (místního času).


Stanice MTV Europe, kterou mohou sledovat diváci naąich kabelových televizí jako jsou UPC, Karneval nebo satelitní televize UPC Direct, uvede přímý přenos tohoto předávání v noci z neděle 28. srpna na pondělí 29. srpna ve 2 hodiny ráno našeho času.

Králem letošních nominačních listin je skupina Green Day, které se podařilo získat celkem 8 nominací (6 za "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" a 2 za "American Idiot"). Vyrovnaný je souboj mezi Gwen Stefani a Missy Elliott (každá má po 6 nominacích) a v těsném závěsu za nimi je zástupce evropské hudební scény - irští U2.

Nelehkého úkolu baviče a moderátora letošních VMA se ujala multitalentovaná hvězda posledních let - Diddy.
Společným tématem scénografie amerických hudebních cen MTV je VODA. Producenti show slibují, že diváci uvidí nejmasivnějąí a nejpropracovanějąí vodní efekty v historii. Hvězdám byl pro příjezd do American Airlines Arény, kde se bude show konat, vybrán opravdu netradiční dopravní prostředek - jachty. Místo toho, aby na červeném koberci předváděly ladnou chůzi a skvělou róbu, letos budou předvádět svá dokonalá auta!

Opravdu to vypadá, že se máme na co těšit. Nenechte si proto ujít letošní MTV Video Music Awards. V neděli 28. srpna o půlnoci začínáme zahřívacím kolem a přenosy z příjezdu hvězd, ve 2 hodiny ráno potom startuje přímý přenos samotného udílení. Sestřihy, záznamy a doprovodné programy můľete sledovat následující víkend 2. - 4. září.

Pro úplnost dodáváme, že evropské hudení ceny stanice MTV - MTV Europe Music Awards - se uskuteční ve čtvrtek 3. listopadu v portugalském Lisabonu.
